After almost a decade at Management Level in the retail sector Julie discovered her passion for Real Estate. She has never looked back. Combining those years of management with her passion for property Julie spent the next 10 years managing approximately $100M worth of high end real estate in some of the country’s most exclusive real estate hot spots – Noosa Heads and Byron Bay.

For the next 7 years Julie bought, sold, held and renovated a number of her own properties. These transactions included buying property ‘off the plan’, new properties and a number of older properties and forcing value through renovation. The experience provided many valuable lessons.
